Paw Springs Pet Resort and Spa

Paw Springs is amazing!! Tucker has been going for 7 years, since he was a puppy. The staff are beyond wonderful, very caring and always going above and beyond. Tucker loves his daycare days...he often waits outside for his ride. The pick up and drop off service is invaluable, especially now that I have kids. One less errand before work! Tucker has a second family in Paw Springs. They really care about the dogs and provide the best care. I never feel badly leaving him for extended stays... he loves going so much, it's like his vacation.

Very happy with Paw Springs. We had our puppy in boarding for a week and we're so excited to see pictures, videos and updates! The dogs are the best indicator, it was clear that both our dogs Remmy and Bishop we're happy with their cares.

It was our Willow Mae's very first time being away from home for 10 days. Neil and JoAnne took their time to show us around the grounds and sleeping quarters. Willow instantly made friends with the other dogs. Neil and JoAnne are so good at paring up dogs who are going to get along. Neil loves to be a part of the dog pack. Both were aware of my anxiety leaving Willow Mae. Evey once in a while they would send me videos and pictures of her playing with friends having the best time. Even when I felt like I needed to see her, within a few minutes one of them would send me an update with a video or a picture. I truly appreciated that. Our girl was extremely well looked after and loved by JoAnne, Neil staff and dogs. I do not feel that I would have the same anxiety leaving Willow Mae there again. Even though she is crate trained, she was treated to an enclosure with Race car beds. The friends she made slept in there too. JoAnne gave Willow Mae an amazing spa day, a few hours prior to us picking her up. She looked and smelled great! I can definitely tell how much Neil and JoAnne love love love dogs. They treat one each as if it was their own. They honestly put so much effort to make their customers (dogs) feel safe, warm and included. Willow Mae will definitely be going back for any future trips we go on without her. Thank you Neil and JoAnne for taking such great care of my girl.

Best kennel around! We love the pick up and drop off service and the videos and pictures they send while Murph is out at the kennel playing with his friends. Highly recommend!

Neil and his family have given our pugs wonderful care. They are like a second family!

My Xena impatiently waits by the door for Neil to arrive and is usually all worked up by the time he get there to take her to doggy daycare or an overnighter. She often runs out to meet him as she's so excited! For a dog owner that speaks volumes I would and do recommend Pawsprings 100%!

Samson just got back from his 4 night vacation at PawSprings. He is so content and happy. Samson is an anxiety dog , taking daily meds because of this. We noted that he came back less anxious than he was before his vacation. Lots of fresh air and exercise. He even came home freshly bathed! It is so nice to have a spot where Samson can stay where is gets lots of exercise, is safe and gets lots of loving. Thank you Neil

We used Paw Springs for the first time in April for a week. We loved it. Our two high energy dogs had a great time and Neil and Joann sent us updates and videos to show how well they were doing. It was the longest time I was away from my babies and I'm what you call a helicopter mom, so the updates were very appreciated and put me at ease while we were on holidays. Our dogs had an amazing time and were so well looked after. I highly recommend Paw Springs if you want a great kennel on an acreage with an amazing family that love animals. We will definitely be using this kennel again.

When we drop off one of our dogs when we go on vacation - he forgets all about the car ride to get there... and totally abandons us to go with Neil to see all the other doggies. Not even a kiss goodbye! Paw Springs takes really good care of our furkids, and has for a number of years - making it so much easier to go on holiday without THAT worry. (And a few extra cookies on our return seems to be an ok bribe to get our pupper to come home again...)

Sending Keita (our black lab) to Paw Springs was the best decision my husband and I ever made. We absolutely love Joanne and Neil. They are so accommodating, and easy to deal with, not to mention the fact that Keita gets so overwhelmed with excitement every time she sees them pull up to come get her. We send Keita to Daycare twice a week and have noticed a huge difference in her attitude towards other dogs. She always comes home tired and ready for bed (which is nice for a change). If you are in need of a doggie day care or even an overnight kennel, I would highly recommend Paw Springs. We will never take our pup anywhere else.

Barney had a great third visit. When he arrived he could hardly wait to get inside and visit!!! He came home exhausted, and happy. Thank you for taking good care of him and posting all the fun videos. We will be back for sure to drop off our boy for another visit. Barney gives it 4 paws up!!!!!!

Great place! It’s good to know when you have to be away from your best friend, they are well taken care of.
